A little
About Me
I’m Allie Rose, a passionate and dedicated doula inspired by my own journey into motherhood. One of my biggest joys in life is my first born, my daughter, Quincy Rose. Her birth was a transformative experience—long, unexpected, and profoundly impactful. It was through this experience that I found my calling to support others during their own unique birth journeys.Shortly after Quincy was born, I immersed myself in the world of birth work by completing my first doula training. From that moment on, I’ve been honored to attend births and walk alongside families during one of the most intimate and powerful times in their lives. With the mindset that one can never learn enough, I’ve continually expanded my knowledge, most recently studying at Bini Birth, the leading child birth educators in Los Angeles which is DONA International approved. I also regularly attend doula gatherings and conferences to stay up-to-date and connected with my vibrant birth community.Beyond supporting births, I find deep joy in cooking and the nourishing connections it fosters. This passion drives my postpartum services, where I help new families nurture both their bodies and spirits as they navigate the joys and challenges of welcoming a newborn. I truly believe in the power of community, and I'd be honored to be a part of your village.Let’s connect and talk about how I can best support you as you begin this incredible journey.

Placenta Encapsulation
Following a time-honored Traditional Chinese Medicine method, I prepare your placenta through a natural process. This includes thorough cleaning, gentle steaming, and dehydration. The resulting powder is then encapsulated for convenient consumption. Potential benefits include:Hormonal Regulation - The placenta contains hormones like estrogen and progesterone, which may help balance postpartum hormone fluctuations and reduce risks of postpartum depression or mood disorders.Improved Recovery - It is believed that the nutrients in the placenta, including iron, could support overall postpartum recovery, boost energy, and help combat fatigue.Enhanced Milk Production - Some proponents claim that consuming the placenta can help improve lactation by increasing levels of certain hormones associated with milk production, such as prolactin.Increased Energy Levels - Placenta encapsulation may provide a boost in energy levels postpartum due to its nutrient and hormone content.Nutritional Benefits - The placenta contains proteins, fats, vitamins (such as B12), and minerals like iron, which could potentially replenish what the body loses during childbirth.

Testimonials
“I had the absolute pleasure of having Allie assist with the birth of my daughter, Haze, on July 21, 2023, and I cannot recommend her enough as a Doula. Allie was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. She brought such warm, comforting vibes that made me feel supported and cared for throughout the entire process.Allie went above and beyond by even attending appointments with me and constantly checking in on me leading up to the big day. When she arrived at my house around 9:30 PM while I was still having contractions, she was incredibly helpful in getting me through them. She guided me through breathing techniques, offered water, massages, and worked pressure points, all of which made such a difference in helping me stay calm and focused.I’m so incredibly grateful that she was there to share the birth of my daughter—it was such a special and bonding moment. Allie even got to witness her first caul birth when Haze was born, which was unforgettable for both of us.Allie’s care, compassion, and dedication made a world of difference for me, and I’m so thankful she was part of such an important moment in my life. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, calming, and supportive Doula”~ Kristalyn Lipps
